Where does the appointment show?

The appointments show in several places.

1. First, you can see next scheduled appointment for each patient on the patient list in the third column from the left.
2. Next, it will show on the day of the appointment in the reminder bar on the right hand side of the screen. It is possible to flip through these days using either the blue arrows in the upper right hand corner or by using the calendar drop down from the upper left hand corner of the appointment column.
3. The last place that you can review appointments is by clicking on the “Calendar” view button located on the bottom of the appointment reminder bar. This will take you to a calendar section that will let you see appointments either by day, week, or month depending on your preference. To see the details of any appointment in this view, simply mouse over the shaded sections.
