When I go to write a progress note, the symptom list (given with the treatment plan) does not generate in the progress note. Rather it is blank. What is wrong?

The symptom list is populate to the progress note from the most recent signed and save treatment plan at the moment "New" progress note button is pressed. Most likely you have not signed-and-saved your treatment plan.
