What is the description field for?

The description field located on the appointment creation tool, assists in scheduling patients and holds whatever information you find helpful. Some clinicians leave this field blank. Some fill it with short phrases like "intake". And others use it to make a note to themselves on something to discuss with the patient at that next appointment.
