What do I put in the treatment field?

Treatment level is a method of recording the acuity of the patient’s care. For larger organizations it may include: inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization. For most of our members, they record the treatment phase in this field: crisis, acute, continuation, maintenance, or termination.
