I created fake patients, how do I delete them?

Often people will create "fake" patients when they first sign on to learn how all of the forms work. Usually, deleting these patients is not necessary as you can utilize them to train additional staff by changing who they are assigned to via patient information. To have them not show in the patient list, simply go to the patient information tab and inactivate them by removing the check next to active. Most people have "show only active patients" set by their default and setting this patient as inactive removes them from the list, but give you an opporunity to use their data to train new reception, billing, or clinical staff as your organization grows. If it is truly necessary for them to be removed from the system, then you can submit a ticket via our feedback mechanism under problem detailing which patient files you want removed.
