Problem

When using internet explorer (IE) the documents in the document manager will not download. This behavior is documented in the follow flash video

Cause

This is caused by IE's broken security model.

There are two solutions:

1. Switch to another web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome

2. In IE, add secure.TherapyCharts.com to the trusted domains and set the security level for trusted domains to low.
