How do I rate progress?

From TherapyCharts

Progress is rated on a 1 - 100 point scale similar to that of a GAF. In the case of some objectives, progress may be simply solving a mathematical equation. Using our previous examples, Jane will not set fire for two consecutive weeks, if she has not set fire for one week the goal would be 50% completed. If she has set a fire after three days then the goal is only 3/14 = 21% completed. For others, John will learn relaxation strategies, the clinician must use both their assessment of the amount of material covered and cognitive processing to represent how well the client is doing.
