How do I create a template?

To create a template you would enter all the information that you want to appear on the template into the treatment plan form. Most clinicians will base these plans on specific DSM codes and will load symptoms, goal statements, objectives, and the diagnostic code. Once the data is entered click on the “save template” button which is a red octagon in the middle of the icon menu. This will open a dialogue box allowing you to give the template a name and assigning it to a folder.
