Some of our clinicians are interested in tracking patient data. TherapyCharts is reviewing the process for providing information about client diagnosis, interventions, length of treatment and other information captured in our system in a unidentified manner to assist in research bodies efforts to track and empirically review the process of therapy. If your consent for treatment contains permission to allow such data to be used for research, then checking this box allows that patients data to be complied with all other patients in the system.
