My client does not have a phone, what should I do?

The system is designed to capture information like phone numbers. Oftentimes, those who do not have a phone themselves will provide a phone number where messages can be left for them. If your patient does not have that, then you would need to enter a place holder. Whenever a clinician must complete a form with “dummy” data we recommend to use a string of zeros in this case 000-000-0000.
