The pricing for TherapyCharts is variable depending on the use case of the organization. We originally started the company to assist individual clinicians to keep their practices running smoothly. For an individual clinician the cost is $75 per month, $55 per month for part-time clinicians, and $38 for interns and those who are still enrolled in graduate programs when you subscribe to our month to month with no contract plan. Those who have made sufficient assessment and want to sign a six month or one year contract do receive discounted prices.

Group practices, universities, training centers, and non-profit groups usually go through our group practice staff to determine appropriate budgets based on their needs and the demands on our system.
