This is caused by IE's broken security model.<br />

= Solution =<br />
There are two solutions:<br />
<br />
1. Switch to another web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome<br />
<br />
2. In IE, add secure.TherapyCharts.com to the trusted domains and set the security level for trusted domains to low.</div>Lisa
